What data we process

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or send an email, we use your name, contact details and message only to answer your request and prepare an offer.

Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps technical server logs such as IP address, date and time and the page visited, to keep the site secure.

The site has no forms, accounts or payments.

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics and Google Ads for ad measurement; these services use cookies.

Google Maps is embedded on the contact page.

Project videos are loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) and the virtual tour from hepsinigez.com, only when you open them.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

International transfers

Services such as Google and our hosting provider may process data on servers outside Türkiye or the EU.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as your request and our legal obligations require, and delete it afterwards.

Under the GDPR and Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing.
